We want you to love what you order — but if something’s not quite right, you have the right to return it.

📦 Return conditions

Under EU law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• You must notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery

• The return must be shipped back within 14 days of your notification

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please include your name and order number in the package so we know it’s from you.

🖨️ Made-to-order items

Our items are printed on demand. That means we don’t keep stock, and each product is made especially for you. Because of that:

• We do not accept exchanges

• Returns are only possible if you’re using your EU right of withdrawal, and the product is in unused condition

⚠️ Damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thegrooveclub.store with photos. We’ll make it right — no worries.
